Refund Policy for Your Prayer on the Western Wall

At Your Kotel Prayer, we are committed to providing a meaningful and heartfelt service, ensuring that your prayers reach the sacred Western Wall in Jerusalem. Due to the personalized nature of our service, our refund policy is as follows:

Refund Eligibility

1. Refunds Before Processing
   If you request a refund before we have started preparing your prayer note (e.g., writing the note or scheduling its placement at the Western Wall), we will issue a full refund.
   • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
   • Contact us immediately at your-prayer@steelart.co.il to initiate the refund process.
2. No Refunds After Completion
   Once we have written your note and placed it in the Western Wall, we cannot offer a refund. This is because the service has been fulfilled, and the prayer note cannot be retrieved or undone.

Non-Refundable Services

The following actions mark the completion of your service, making the order non-refundable:

• The prayer note has been written by our team.
• The note has been delivered and placed in the cracks of the Western Wall.
• You have received confirmation of the service, including a photo of the note at the Wall (if applicable).
